SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program
St. Paul Cash Spiel — Staff SMS Alertsis an internal operational text-message program for the event's organizers and volunteers. It is operated by Kristefor Lysne, a sole proprietor and the organizer of the event. These terms describe the program; they are informational and are not a condition of registering a team, volunteering, attending, purchasing anything, or using any other part of cashspiel.com.
2. What Messages You'll Receive
Enrolled staff receive low-volume operational alerts — for example, a notification when a curling team registers for the event (team name, division, and current registration count) and other time-sensitive event-administration updates. Messages are internal event operations only. We send no marketing or promotional content through this program.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and is generally limited to the annual event registration and operating periods. There is no fixed number of messages per week or month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your mobile carrier and plan. The program itself is free; any charges come from your carrier.
5. How to Opt Out or Get Help
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For assistance, reply HELP or email info@cashspiel.com. A number that has opted out is only re-enrolled if that person submits the enrollment form again.
6. How to Enroll
Enrollment is voluntary and self-service: an organizer or volunteer enters their own mobile number and affirmatively consents on our public staff SMS enrollment form. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and stands alone. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase or of any registration or account.
7. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
